Located in the MouraSuites Hotel, the Restaurant & Bar 1556 is named after the opening date of the Fonte das Portas de Moura, a National Monument that has remained unchanged throughout the centuries.
The History of the Fonte das Portas de Moura
Previously supplied by the Aqueduct of Água da Prata.
The fountain remains in front of the hotel, being a historical symbol of the city.
